🏡 DreamStay Rentals – Property Bookings
✅ 14+ days before check-in – Full refund of the booking amount.
⚖ 8–13 days before check-in – Partial refunds may be available depending on circumstances, property rules, and third-party platform policies.
🚫 Within 7 days of check-in – Non-refundable.
💳 Refund Processing – Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
✈️ Dream Route Travel Co. – Travel Services
📋 Planning & Consultation Fees – Non-refundable once consultation or booking work has started.
🌍 Third-Party Suppliers – Refunds follow each supplier’s cancellation/refund policy (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators). Any eligible refund we receive will be passed on to you.
🧳 Package Trips – If your trip includes multiple suppliers, each portion will be refunded per that supplier’s rules. Your total refund amount will reflect the combined outcomes.
📜 General Terms
🎟 Credits or Promo Codes – We may offer future travel credits or promo codes as an alternative to refunds, at our discretion.
⚠ Non-Refundable Charges – Certain fees (e.g., processing, platform, or supplier-imposed fees) are always non-refundable, as disclosed at booking.
⏳ Force Majeure – Cancellations due to events beyond our control (weather 🌦️, strikes ✊, government restrictions 🏛️, pandemics 🦠) will follow supplier rules.
