Manifest Your Dreams LLC engages with many communities through our brands—DreamStay Rentals and Dream Route Travel Co. This includes our guests, travel clients, property owners, contractors, vendors, and partners. Together, these communities form the Manifest Your Dreams ecosystem.

Within our ecosystem, we expect everyone to treat each other with dignity and respect. By booking with DreamStay Rentals or planning travel with Dream Route Travel Co., you agree to uphold these standards.

Zero Tolerance for Discrimination & Harassment

Manifest Your Dreams LLC strictly prohibits discrimination and harassment based on:

  • Race or color

  • Ancestry or national origin

  • Religion or spiritual belief

  • Primary language

  • Citizenship or immigration status

  • Disability (mental or physical)

  • Sex or gender (including pregnancy)

  • Sexual orientation

  • Gender identity or expression

  • Medical condition

  • Genetic information

  • Marital or family status

  • Any other legally protected characteristic

Examples of Prohibited Conduct

Refusal of Service

Every reservation, rental, and travel booking involves multiple parties: our team, our clients/guests, property partners, and sometimes third-party service providers.

No person may refuse to work with, serve, or accommodate another based on any of the characteristics listed above. This applies to DreamStay Rentals guests and Dream Route Travel Co. clients alike.

Abusive Content & Communication

Our websites and booking platforms may host content provided by guests, travel clients, or partners, including messages, requests, and reviews.

No one may use Manifest Your Dreams LLC, DreamStay Rentals, or Dream Route Travel Co. platforms to post, transmit, or send abusive content. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Hate speech

  • Threats or intimidation

  • Offensive remarks targeting specific individuals or groups

⚖️ Legal Disclaimer

By using any services provided by Manifest Your Dreams LLC, DreamStay Rentals, or Dream Route Travel Co., you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Community Standards as a condition of service. Violation of these standards may result in cancellation of bookings, denial of future service, and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement or legal action.

Refund and Cancellation Clause

If a booking or service is canceled due to a violation of these Community Standards, all payments made may be forfeited in part or in full at the sole discretion of Manifest Your Dreams LLC. No refunds will be issued for completed services or stays impacted by customer misconduct. Refund eligibility for unused portions of bookings is determined on a case-by-case basis, minus any administrative or cancellation fees.

Jurisdiction Clause

These Community Standards and any disputes arising from the use of Manifest Your Dreams LLC, DreamStay Rentals, or Dream Route Travel Co. services are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings must be filed in the appropriate state or federal court located in Delaware.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Manifest Your Dreams LLC, including DreamStay Rentals and Dream Route Travel Co., shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific booking or service in dispute.

Severability Clause

If any provision of these Community Standards or associated booking terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with one that most closely reflects the original intent while complying with applicable law.
